Returns
Due to the nature of skincare, haircare, and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.
However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
